Heat off 12v

Does the heat run off 12v? If so have people run it overnight with their batteries without a problem? Class c w two batteries.

We run the heat overnight with one battery.

It does depend on how cold it is outside: The more the furnace fan runs the more juice it will consume.

Your coach furnace runs off of 120v either shoreline power or generator power. If you are running the plug in portable electric heaters it is the same situations with power. If you are using a heat sump from your roof air you need either shoreline power of generator power for it.

The furnace is 12V and will run with no generator or shore power. It will run your batteries down over time so keep an eye on your charge level. In most cases, overnight use of your furnace will not deplete batteries unless it's "tundra cold" and the furnace runs all night.

Thanks For the replies everybody. I will be in Ocala Florida so if it gets tundra cold I’m in deep crap. I can run the generator till 10 PM where we are camping so it should not be a problem at all. Thanks again.
