The battery was connected incorrectly! wow so the post where the positive connects looks like the ground- short cable to post on chassis.

Much Appreciated... now my Radio which is also my back up camera is out... may have blown it. Researching for troubleshooting tips. All fuses are good- triple checked.

There are lots of threads regarding radio issues here, so depending on which make & model radio you have there should be some hints for you. Be aware that most times there will be a fuse that is located behind the radio (behind the dash) in addition to a fuse elsewhere in the coach.
