Are those led lights!

I just picked up my 2017 Windsport 31s had a shakedown trip nothing that I couldn't handle.
I am wondering what are the spots outlining my headlights on the inside of the facia.
that look like led running lights running down vertically then outward horizontally but further checking they don't light up?

Yes they are. One side was out on my 2018 Windsport....got "under the hood" and checked the connections. Yep...fixed a loose wire.
