Remote for awning

I have a remote for fast camp. Controls awning and lights, starts generator. And other things. My screen went out . is there a app for my phone. Or can I get another remote
I have a thor chateau 2015 31ft

FastCamp does not have a phone app. You should be able to get a new remote from your dealer. I have had good results going directly to Thor for this kind of item also.

Ok, not sure if you know, but the remote is rechargeable and maybe battery is dead.

You also have a wall switch to extend awning.

I agree: you should have found a charger somewhere in your RV, and wondered what it was for...
