Is any body else having trouble getting in the Crossroads site say some that the broad band width has been exceeded

Frank, my opinion is they ruined that forum when they took it down for so long after Tom decided to come on it and started all the issues. It has never been the same since they brought it back and has more or less become a ghost town. I have checked it from time to time but it is not the same as it use to be. I think they lost several users like myself when they took it down claiming upgrades but knowing it was for a different reason.

I have also noticed the number of new users posting on it has slowed way down, I wonder if all the bad publicity they got from the warranty fiasco, quality issues and the fact they took the forum down for so long hurt sales.....

I think it's just the CR website that has the problem. I'm logged in on the CR forum right now. That seems to be functioning OK.

They are having their troubles Any time, and they have, a company that angers their base, it will start to go down hill. The thing about its past is there were a lot of good people willing to help. But by the same toke, Crossroads would walk the extra mile. They were not like the average RV company.

The user base has dropped significantly since the reboot. The website for cr was down but is back up now. It is lacking some info though. There is a sunset trail 5er I'm interested in with no specs. I'm a little Leary of going with them again due to all the recent issues and warranty changes. The sunset trail would be up against a sabre. We have another year at least before we upgrade but being able to research some things would be nice.

Hey, guys! Finally made it over here. The CR forum just isn't the same and it's a shame. Will probably still check in over there from time to time. Hope this one develops into the type we had over there. I'm sure it will with the members I see here now!

What's up Paul? I had not been on the Xroads forum since the middle of November until this past weekend. I told Beverly this weekend if we can get this big project at work behind us by the end of the year I might take on another rally next Spring. We will see what happens.

Hunter and Lloyd.... Maybe we need a Thor rally. Maybe somewhere east coast as I can only get weekends off, at most 3 or 4 days total.

Don't they give you people any vacation time? When Barb was still working at the nursing home , I think she got either 4 or 6 weeks.

That would be a good excuse to see some different country.

Lloyd, I agree that once things get moving here and more find out about this forum, it will be a great place. I'll be in the north country next week on business in Minn and ND. I'll be able to get a taste of what you have to deal with in the winter!

Keith, good to hear from you. I had noticed that you weren't frequenting the other place for a while. It's also good to hear that you are considering another get together.

Lloyd- The problem with working in a outpatient procedure clinic is they only allow 1 nurse off at a time. With 10 nurses that really limits time off. I accrue 11 hours off every 2 weeks. That said DH is limited in his days off. He gets 2 weeks of vacation time and he gets sick time. He cant use up his sick time for camping. Apparently being sick of working is not an illness and neither is missing campingitis.
