I called Crossroads and spoke to customer service

I don't remember the name of the customer service rep, but he said they had a computer server go down, but didn't offer any info on when it would be back up.

I also had a little chat about the lack of participation that Crossroads has with our forum and he did seem to listen to what I was telling him and said he would make a note of it and bring it up at the weekly Friday meeting. So we shall see, maybe if enough of us call in and complain we will get their attention.

I have been bugging brad plunkett via pm over on redwood. He has only answered the pm about the board being down so far. we can keep hitting from all angles. Just remember they talked about making one of us a mod last year and never did then either. I don't know if tom Montague said he would take over the board and then abandoned us after the warranty fall out or what happened. hopefully this year they will make some changes.
