I have 1997 Prizm M921P5B any feedback would be helpful

I just bought my first 5th wheel and I'm wondering if I made a mistake. I was told my Tacoma could pull it as its only 3000lbs. I think it had water damage in the bathroom which we didn't catch. I have been getting different stories on this. I'm far from rich so have I purchased a money pit????

Hello !

I just saw your post today...we do not have a 5th wheel, but, was concerned about your situation. Our first motorhome was an older model...we had no issues, other than old carpet, which my husband pulled up after a couple years and put down 'self sticking' tile. Perhaps, if you are handy, you can pull up the bathroom floor...access your problem and fix it, or get a handyman to do the job.

Good luck and keep me posted on your experience

my Prizm

I have a friend who turned me onto a great guy who works on campers and he is very reasonable. He winterized it and fixed the bathroom floor ( tore up the old rotten one and replaced it) The camper is like new. Next year I hope to take some road trips. Now I just need a rig to pull it

So happy you got it fixed. Short 5th wheel trailers are few and far between.
Hope you have many fun, safe travels !

Keep us posted on what/ where you go ... post some photos !
and...you might check the thread: modification and improvements ..
it has alot of neat ideas from forum members...what they/we have done to make it a little more like home, etc. !
