2016 Thor Palazzo
I have a 2016 Thor Palazzo 36.1.
Two of the center hallway lights are always on until I change to the "store" setting.
Any Ideas?
Brand New RVr.

Have you tried pushing the Master Light switch off and on?

Actually did not know there was a master light switch. I will try to find that.
Thanks!

Good luck!
Sometimes: there can be too many ways; to just turn a light on and off...

depending on your model, the switch for these two lights may be 'hidden' from view, such as under a cabinet, or around the backside of a doorway, etc.... RV manufacturers like to hide these things for some reason : )
these two lights DO have a switch, you just have to find it... my two hallway lights switch is in a 3-gang switch cover along with the rear bedroom slide switch, and a second 3-way switch for the front living room lights.
I've delivered many brand new coaches, from several different brands, and been 'just as confused as you are' about where and WHY they place these where they do. One set was just under the kitchen counter, mounted right on the front of the kitchen cabinet area, but yet you don't typically 'look' for switches there, so it's very easy to initially overlook.

If you have a master light switch it should be close to your door.

also, some lights have their own switch, right on the light itself - such as those in our bunks, and I also tow a small camper which has all lights in the ceiling with their own switches, and TWO lights above the dinette which ONLY work when on 120v power, each with their own switch on the light itself....crazy!

I'm not aware that Palazzo's have a 'master light switch'.... usually the one next to the entry door is simply for a few lights in the living room, though my switch is actually under the overhead cabinet, as you come up the entry steps.... it took us quite a while to 'accidentally' find that one too!

My house batteries continue to drop into the red even being hooked up to 30 amp shore power, I have a 2018 palazzo 33.3 with a solar panel and a magnum 2012-20b inverter. We have to start the coach to charge the batteries back up, any ideas on what the proble could be? We are new to rv’s

you may have inadvertently pressed the 'Store' switch, if you have one next to the entry door, or on your electronics panel...
this would still 'look' as though you have power to the coach, and yet you've actually created a situation where the incoming shore power cannot get to the battery charger to charge the House batteries. Your interior lights and fans would also not work, though.
or, your 'Main Inverter/Charger' breaker is tripped, in your main panel, or the incoming power wire to the breaker is not tightened and making a good connection.

On my 2017 36.1, there is a light switch in the hall beside the front ac thermostat.

My friend and I, mostly him, found the problem. Previously, the dealer replaced the front thermostat, and when replacing the panel, shot a staple through the wiring.
Removed the staple, added electrical tape, and......light works now!
