How does the Axxera NAV/radio screen come off?
I have the Axxera AVM111NAV. Does anyone know how the screen comes off the dash? Mine quit working and I am trying to troubleshoot it. TIA

Are you saying there is a generic double din removal video or a specific one for the Axxera? I searched YouTube and it didn't bring anything up except user options for the Axxera.

If you are referring to a generic double din video, the double din only references the size. Each radio is/can be different with different methods of removal. Ours has a screen that mounts to the radio unit.

There is a release catch, but I found it was easier to remove plastic dash top,6 screws, then take 2 small screwdrivers to release the radio from it's carriage. The way my radio is recessed the overhang made it impossible to get to the release. The face actually plugs into the front of the radio,so when reinstalling leave top of dash off so when you push radio back into the carriage you can hold the back of the radio while pushing the face onto the radio in till you hear it click. Then check operation of the radio before reinstalling the dash top.

Micro SD removal on AVM111NAX
I just purchased a 2019 Miramar 34.2 and would like to update the NAV on the Axxera. The way the radio is install I cannot get to the Micro SD card to remove it. Has anyone remove the SD card for update? What is the easiest way to do this? Thanks for your help.

Remove the plastic dash top over radio and speedometer couple of screws, lift it off easy access to top of the screen for card.

Bunk above driver
Has anyone had issues with the bunk malfunctioning? Also, it seems as though our tankless water heater doesn't want to work for the showers unless we turn the sink on in that bathroom? It's a 19 37.1

This thread is about the radio. Its usually best to start a new thread when you have a different question.
You would have to tell us what the bunk is doing. The water heater is a flow issue. Some have put an adjustable pressure gauge on the water system with good results. We haven't had a flow issue so we haven't done it.

The bunk keeps getting out of track. I’m taking it in next month to be looked at. Hopefully they’re good about doing warranty work. Thanks
