2018 Hurricane 34J outside the box fixes

As we are all know there are some bad 34j slides out there and we are fortunate to have one in our coach. Rear motor has been replaces twice, a new controller, front motor once and the unit is in the shop right now for new front tracks and a motor.

When visually looking at the interior of the slide I can see the dinnette kitchen area has very little clearance when the slide is in yet there is around an inch in the rear. The section of cabinet under the sink is actually resting on the floor. I am thinking maybe a roller is bad?

So my question is what other solutions has anyone found other than replace motors, tracks or controllers? We always level the coach, hold the button extra long etc. Truly if I had the muscle I would remove the motors and just move the slide manually every time but it is a 3 person job due to the weight.

Any ideas Are appreciated.

Thank You!
