Do you want to add simple scissor jacks, or something more involved like a hydraulic system?

I've added scissor jacks to ours and have been happy with the result (at least to the rear).

"Leveling system" = hydraulic rams to automatically level the rv or "stabilizers" = scissor jacks or some other system, not designed to level with, but to just stop the bounce while moving around inside?

It's just an opinion...
But the automatic leveling systems really make short work of setting up camp!

Sure they do but there is a cost involved (and not just $$ but weight as well).

I have the HWH kick-down levelers. They are one of the few that work with Axis/Vegas because of the low ground clearance.

Since I travel by myself, it is a joy to pull into a campsite and press a button. I have also used them in manual mode when I wanted to raise up the rear end to get a quick maintenance item done.

No doubt: but what is an easier and quicker camp setup worth??

Once again, I agree with gbrown. We had the dealer install the HWH kick down leveling jacks as part of the purchase, so I can't give you aY true add on cost. Call HWH for a qualified installer closest to you.

We plan on keeping our Vegas for several years, and we use it enough yearly to make it a worthwhile expense for us. I don't expect to recover much of the expense when we finally trade or sell it.

Yes, we are satisfied, as are all the folks we have met with them. We tend to only stay a night or two in one place. Traveling this way makes for a lot of set up and tear down. Really sweet to push a button and the coach is level and stable. Worth every penny for us and the way we travel.

One Touch Levelers

We had the " Big Foot" system installed as part of our purchase when we bought our Vegas. Great installation, very functional and easy to use (one touch) for leveling or each "foot" can be individually adjusted. Works off house batteries. Their service department is very helpful and knowledgeable. Great addition to the coach!

I'm partial to the HWH auto leveling system. Had it on my former DP, and had it added to the Gemini. Thought I might not need it on something as small as the Gemini, but several trips without it convinced me otherwise.
