Took a picture of what happens when the slide goes out. The pipes weren't cut to where they can move in this small place. PVC pipe gets out under tons of tension and actually bends.

Also was catching on the electrical box.

Tolerances in other piping all around are tight too. Pretty sure that's why my outside kitchen plumbing broke as well.
My condolences. That is beyond ridiculous. Thor should be ashamed. Proves the claims of no quality control on their assembly line.

Contact your dealer and ask them to contact Thor and have them explain the fix/correction my dealership came up with and shared with Thor. Apparently Thor found the fix so easy and wonderful that they will be using them on all rigs and sharing with any dealers who have customers with this problem. Mine was fixed prior to accepting delivery and I have never had an issue since.

Thanks for the response.

I've been waiting for them to check it out for two months. Even replied to Thor's satisfaction survey. They emailed me this on 23 July:

"Good afternoon,

Thank you for completing our recent survey. In reviewing your survey we noticed that there were some unresolved concerns. We wanted to follow up and see if there is any further assistance needed. You may send to warrantysupport@tmcrv.com a detailed summary of ongoing concerns or call 1-877-855-2867 and speak to a customer support specialist. You can also use our Live Chat feature located at www.thormotorcoach.com on the OWNERS tab. A Live Chat representative will pop up on your screen."

Responded 24 July and haven't had any progress there.

I'm documenting attempts to contact my dealer and will get this hashed out hopefully after this season. Back to enjoying it though.

I'm able to reset the pipe each time we use the slide for now. Becoming more comfortable in general and prep time / camp site setup time is getting shorter.

Haha yeah it is. I bought the trailer a couple years ago for racing. A little under 1500#.

Circling back to something else I was talking about in an earlier post... It seems that after the MH has been sitting for a bit the only way for the inverter to turn on is to run the generator for a second or hook it up to shore power?

It also doesn't stop being powered immediately if I turn off the main power. Will stay on for some time. When storing it I usually turn off the fridges to cut down the power draw in the meantime.

The physical on/off push button for the inverter doesn't seem to have any effect on the fridges either.

Defintely a little heavier this time out. All tanks around 33 %. Estimating 512 more pounds after taking on fuel. Was just easier to swing by the scale first.

Went up to Wisonsin Dells.

Using Torque now to let up on the gas a little but not enough. Averaged 5.9 mpg.

Most of the time we didn't use the generator. Perhaps an hour and 45 minutes on the way back out of 10 hours.

Accidently Primed (Amazon) one ramp instead of two. Single ramp came in handy at the camp site. Had the other one by the time I got home so thanks for the recommendation to level out the rig a little more in the driveway.

Burned out the usb outlet that came with the rig. Flat usb cable got pinched and grounded out.

Added two 6v batteries to the existing two 12v ones it came with.

Had to move the battery isolator that I assume separates house from couch. Other than that it wasn't too bad.

Noticed a little separation of the rear cap today.

Looks like there is a screw or two in this area that has popped.

Need to submit another form to my service dealer. I'm logging all of the the times I've contacted them and they have failed to call back like they said they are going to.
