Accessing rear of engine in Four winds 22E

This is my first motorhome. The chassis a a 2016 E450. What do I have to do to open/remove the dog house?

There are four clips to unfasten the dog house. But, in order to move it, the front of the console where cup holders etc are located pulls straight upward and will unlatch. Once that is out of the way you can move the doghouse out of the area and do whatever it is you need to do.
