ACE 29.3 Screw worked up through the floor

A screw came up through the vinyl floor near the kitchen stove (under the slide when closed) and I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this or is it a one in a million thing... (It is a new 2016 Ace 29.3 under warranty.)

No issue like that.
Add it to your warranty list.

I have two that have popped up. All they did was screw them back down and reseal the floor but the screws have come up again. My advice is the remove them or move them so that they stay down which is what I'm going to do.

Exactly what do you mean the resealed the floor? Thanks.

They took a knife and cut the flooring next to the screw. Re-screwed the screw and then resealed the floor with flooring adhesive. Couldn't tell what they had done until the screw came up again.

Didn't they replace some of the vinyl flooring? I mean, mine came up right through the flooring.

ACE 30.2 bolts thru flooring

I first noticed a bolt poking thru the floor after a short trip. I mentioned it to dealer. I have since put 4,000 miles on RV. I now have three bolts that have come up thru flooring. I have used lock tight to screw them down but they have come up again. Thor seems to know NOTHING about this. The dealer isn't sure what to do. These bolts are in a direct line covered by the slide when retracted. This is a new 2016 ACE 30.2 Bunk.

Well, call Thor and remind them they just shipped a roll of vinyl to fix my floor when the screw came up under the slide area in the kitchen between the stove and refer. To say they have never heard of it is bull. I don't know how my dealer screwed mine down, but it has not come back up. I have just been waiting for the vinyl and it arrived today. They can call Bretz RV in Billings MT to see what they did to keep the screw from working back up. I will be there June 30 and ask...until then ...
