Adding a Soundbar to an Axxera HDTV
Has anyone tried to add a soundbar to the Bunk TV? I've found universal mounting brackets to mount above the TV, but was wondering if there is a preferred soundbar / best way to run power / best interface (AUX, TOSLink, ARC, ...)

Axxera HDTV sound
Did you find a solution to the soundbar? I ask because my Axxera TV is terrible. It is maxed out to 100 and still can barely hear it over the AC unit running. I cant get anyone to help me on that.

I have a Vizio SB2821-D6 28" sound bar and 6" wireless sub. It fits well below the 32" Seiki. The bar comes with a 3 ft TosLink cable to connect the bar to the TV. It has the best sound of the 28" sound bars I heard.

I have a good sound bar in the house. love it. Put a cheap 35 dollar one from amazon in the motorhome. It sounds pretty good! I do not recall what brand. I just bought the length I needed and read the reviews. 4 or more stars and at least a couple dozen reviews.

I have a mini aux input for my in-dash stereo, and I use a mini audio cable from the TV headphone output into the stereo, so I can get great stereo sound in the coach. It's not the most elegant solution, but the sound quality is great.
My TV has no clearance at the bottom for a soundbar, but a top-mounted soundbar would probably work okay.

I just installed one on my ACE 30.3 for the exterior tv, plugged it into the 3.5mm jack and installed the subwoofer on one of the storage compartments beneath. For the salon TV I will install using the HDMI input in order to use the ARC capabilities of the TV. Samsung 450 for 145.00 at Best Buy and the sound difference is incredible

I replaced my stock Axxera stereo with a nice Pioneer unit, and I installed a combo usb/mini input jack on the dash. The usb allows Apply CarPlay, and the mini is great for plugging the TV into.
I get no clicking noises, so I'm not sure what's going on with yours.

Yesterday, in the 30FE, I had the generator running, the AC running and four of us trying to watch the football game and could barley hear the interior TV set a 100 volume. Shopping for a sound bar. I will fabricate a bracket to mount it to the top of the TV.

We have an Altec Lansing Bluetooth speaker...we use it when camping for tunes...I wonder if it would be compatible with the TV … I don't even know if the TV is Bluetooth enabled !!
Just a thought !

Same issues here, I went to Best But and purchased this one for the salon TV https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung...hoCiU8QAvD_BwE
No subwoofer and it sounds 200% Better.
I bought this one for the outside TV with subwoofer which I installed in one of the storage compartments right below it, both have ARC control and bluetooth so you can play music from your smart phone.

You will be happy with either one, just note that the less expensive of the 2 includes a subwoofer which you will need to locate somewhere in the coach and you will also need a fiber optic to HDMI converter if you want to use your TVs ARC function, I connected it using a 3.5mm connector wire.

I pursued my possible alternative to a soundbar … and it works.
We purchased a Transmitter from Amazon...there are a number of them available. Received it today...charged it...plugged into the usb port on the side of our tv directly above the audio out ports...plugged into the red audio out port...turned on our Altec Lansing Bluetooth Speaker they paired immediately...and it works. The speaker can be plugged in if needed to charge while using...
The sound is good and there is a tiny bit of lag time...but not enough to be irritable.
This will work for us...as it is totally portable .. from one tv to the other.. volume can be controlled with the speaker...we can take this outside when viewing the outdoor tv...etc.
FYI … at home, we DO have the Vizio sound bar which we love !
We simply, did not want to mount a sound bar on each tv...
this is a doable gadget...

You might want to read what we did.
I posted tonight.
A Bluetooth transmitter from Amazon .. and our Altec Lansing Bluetooth speaker which offers good sound...not like our soundbar at home but good...
they paired immediately..

Any sound bar with dimensions allowing the door to close.
$60 to $6,000.
Everything other than dimension is personal preference only.

Wahat Duck said. Sound Bars are not TV specific. A decent sound bar can connect via headphone jack, audio out jacks, optical, HDMI and Bluetooth. I just bought a small one off Amazon to mount above our "theater seating" for $36 and it does all that.

Post a link.
I trust your research.
I want it as a compact stereo aux speaker for my Alexa echo pucks.
I've been using yard sale computer speakers on my dots/pucks but they're bulky and require separation(and if they'll fit).
But
I'll suggest computer speakers for an outside tv if you want great separation.
I'm running and old altec 5.1 in my shop. $6 at a yard sale. It's as nice sounding as my Nakamichi.
And
I,just bought an Amazon days $150 fire TV. It has atmos built in. The sound is fantastic without a sound bar.
