auto leveling remote control

New to the RV thing, and still have much to learn. For right now, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with the auto level remote on a 2016 Outlaw 29H. The former owner only mentioned that he had never used it for fear of interrupting the down and up cycle of the jacks. The remote requires a pin code that I do not know. So 2 questions.....Can I set my own pin code, and would I be able to, let's say, lower the front two jacks to allow for a little less angle on my ramp in the back for loading motorcycles? On level ground, the ramp angle seems too steep. I slipped and fell the first time I tried to walk up the ramp, so I thought it would be a good idea to make a couple ramp extensions. Haven't tried them yet, but the thought occurred to me that if I could manually lower the front 2 jacks, it might lessen the ramp angle. Any thoughts on this?

The pin code is 0000 unless the former owner changed it. As far as using it, it should work just like the controls in the coach.

First, the pin code on mine is all zeros. Factory code.

I load a 920 lbs Harley in mine. Yes I sometimes raise the front to lesson the angle, but I do it from the panel inside. Engine running, brake on, scroll panel to manual and press the front button.

Yup! All zeroes is the default code...
And welcome to the Forum!

And when you're done loading/unloading, do you use the auto panel and just retract and start over again?

The remote on our 2018 29H works for everything but the levelers. Not sure why (coach is new to us). I did use the front jacks from the inside to lessen the angle for loading the motorcycle. And it worked great!

Thanks to all for your input. I'll practice with the remote when I pick the unit up from service, and I definitely want to try lessening the angle to load the bikes.

Glad to hear that you're getting it sorted out!
(Did you ever find the charger for the Rapid Camp remote? I've had a spare one pop up here... )

I noticed my remote doesn’t work if the panel is off. So I hit the On button as I grab the remote. Also, the remote’s arrows don’t seem to work for manual retract of just one side, but retract all does.
