Any Tricks to Keeping Water in the Shower - Vegas 24.1

If my Vegas is slightly unlevel, tilting toward front, then shower water tends to leak out of the front left behind the toilet. For some reason, Thor has left a small opening by the wall. When in this situation I have to put a face cloth there to absorb any leakage. Has anyone come up with a better solution?

Don't have such an issue with ours. May want to run some caulk there to seal up any gaps.

We did have some leaking at the base of our shower on our 24F (not sure it is apples to apples on your Vega)....turns out the caulking job from the manufacturer really sucked.....I removed all of the original caulk and recaulked it.......that fixed the leaks and looks like a pro did it (I am not a pro, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night).

I did the same with my Axis. I had a friend who is a pro do it. This took care of the leak.

I agree with adding some caulk. Or you can always use the outside shower...

In that case take the little panel off on the front of the shower pan and check that the drain pipe is tight--about once a season now I have to reach in there and tighten up the drain pipe.

Jamie, You beat me to the second part... I recall there were several of us with Axis/Vegas that had loose shower drain pipes.

2 Questions:
What would make them loosen up over time?
Is there anything that you can put on them; to make them stay put?

Ours took about a year and a half of ownership. Perhaps the flexing of the shower pan and vibration causes it to loosen up. I guess one could try some medium duty locktite on the joint to keep it from happening again. I just know that one day I noticed soapy water leaking from the outer wall next to the shower. Yep, the shower drain was loose.
