We were wondering if we could run the rear air conditioner while driving down the road.

You can but you have to start the generator. Nothing wrong with going down the road with the generator on. We do it all the time when it's hot.

Absolutely we run both air conditioners while driving in Florida. Running it doesn't use that much fuel and provides a comfortable ride for everyone.

I am glad I joined this forum. I learn a whole lot more on here than Camping World has ever been able to tell me. Just wish that Thor had someone other than Camping World selling their product. Have wondered about the air conditioning and now you have answered my question! Thanks everyone....
