Awning lights on Thor Challenger

Our rig is just over a year old and there are a lot of burnt out light on our awning lights already. It seems to me they should last longer than that. Has anyone replace theirs yet and where did you get the lights from? Do they have self stick on them or do they have a channel they slide into????? Thanks in advance........

My dealer told me to check them just prior to one year and if any are burnt out to have the strip replaced under warranty.

The lights and awning come from Carefree of Colorado. You may want to give them a call. On my prior coach the lights slid into a track on the coach sidewall. I haven't looked lately but these may be slide into a track on the awning tube.

RV shop in Baton Rouge changed mine out a month ago. They had it in stock. It was done under warranty.

Thumbs up

The name of the place is "The RV Shop". Its in Baton Rouge. Excellent service department. You'll have to call and make an appointment to bring your coach in for service. They are usually booked 2-4 weeks out. Im bringing mine in for minor warranty work, that's if our levees hold!
225-272-8000 is their main number. Luke is the Service Manager.
