Axis and Vegas difference?

So far, I'm an interested lurker, and I've come up with a question. What, if anything, is the difference between the Axis and the Vegas?

The dealers that sell them. Find a reputable dealer and then buy the one they sell instead of deciding on one and then buying from a less-than reputable dealer.
