If the FCS-900 is the delayed warranty start for Ford your dealer should complete that form. There is another thread where I posted the problem I had with the recorded start date for my warranty. Mine was expiring 6 months early so I contacted the sales manager at my dealership and they handled the issue within a few days.
You csan verify the warranty start and end dates on the Ford Owner's site.

Nice Job
I requested a copy of the manual because I have a Citation Sprinter with a similar floorplan. It is very well written and contains a lot of good information. More importantly, I discovered that the author and I worked together in the Air Force in Europe in the 1980s. It was nice to catch up with each other. Thanks, Ed for doing the work on the manual.

Ed. I would love to get my hands on a copy of you manual.
Luckily, So far with my 2015 Vegas I have only had 2 small electrical issues...One being that pesty wiper water pump the other being with the 2 aux ports of the dash.
I think your manual would be great to have on hand for future.
Thanks for all your handwork putting it together.
Maybe someday our paths will cross.

All,
Having now had a few weeks with no concerns I started looking around to see if I missed anything important the past few months. I see FCS-900 listed above and I am out of the loop as to how to find when my Ford Warranty began, much less if it is correct.
So, what is the first step?

Go to the Ford Motorhome website. Go to the bottom of the page and click Owner Support under ownership. You'll have to register and put in your vin. Once you log in after registering you can go to Your Warranty under Service and Maintenance and it will show you the start date.
Your dealer should have taken care of the paperwork. I didn't do any of the FCS-900 paperwork but my warranty start date was the date of purchase -- so apparently my dealer took care of starting my warranty correctly.

I did the FCS-900 online. Pretty simple to fill out. Checking the Ford website three days later, I noticed my warranty start date had been changed to the purchase date. The whole process is pretty simple to do, and fast.

Thanks Ed! Say any idea where the computer is for bunk above the driver hatch?Maybe your manual tells me? My bunk is lowering unevenly n sometimes doesn't want to return back up. Luckily I have got it back up n secured n think I will take to a camping world for qualified look see since I have brand new 2016 axis 25.2.

All, I did the FCS-900 to reset the start of the Warranty Date online this morning.
I also reported the error to CW of Statesville and Thor Motor Coach as my warranty was dated Dec2014...over 6 months before I purchased the RV and 4 months before it was even manufactured!
I would have lost half a year of warranty coverage if it had not been for this Forum!!

When raising or lowering are you holding the button in for 2-3 extra seconds at the ends? (e.g. when it gets to the very top hold the switch in for a few more seconds--this resets the timing on the motors).
