I've gotten quite a response so far. I've emailed about 20 copies since posting the original thread.

Also, if there is anything anyone wants added -- just send me an email with specifics and I'll edit the manual. Also if owners of other floorplans have pixs of where things are located on their coaches -- send me that as well with a description and I'll add that as well. I see this project as a living document that I'll edit from time to time -- especially if I see a modification on the forum that might have wide appeal.

Over the 2 year history since first developing the manual, I revised it 31 times as I learned new things and acquired new information. As a new owner of a 2017 Vegas 24.1, I, too, have become increasingly frustrated with both the Thor and Ford manuals and I look forward to reading your opus which should make our travels easier. Sir, First of all, Thankyou for your service! Also A Big Thanks for the amazing work you have done on compiling the information about the Thor Axis/Vegas Motorhomes. I am the proud owner of a new Vegas 25.4 and just beginning my learning curve about my new rig. Your manual is my go-to information source about my Coach. I saw from your Bio that you were stationed at Barksdale AFB which is where my Wife’s father was also stationed. It has checklists for setup, tear down, getting ready at the beginning of the camping season, winterizing, sanitizing, equipping, what to pack, and an in-depth pre-delivery inspection checklist to use at the dealer's before accepting the unit.

I used my 2015 Vegas 24.1 as the model for developing the manual and checklists. Owners with other floorplans might have to modify some of the sections to fit their specific floorplan. The major difference will probably be the location of some items (like hot water tank bypass valves, low point drains, etc.) and specific production diagrams for waste systems, electrical, and plumbing.

The manual is written in Microsoft Word. Its format is 8.5" X 11" letter sized paper. It is approximately 62 pages long. The file size is approx. 5.5 meg.
