A/C dripping off roof

I have a 2016 Axis Class A Thor. When I turn on the A/C, the water runs off the roof of the motorhome and runs down on the awning. Any fixes?

Oh ya I use my levelers in manual mode. You can download a bubble app to your cell.

Go to Arizona. No humidity, no water, no drip.

I have the auto level set to favor the drivers side and the rear of the coach. That way my drip is predictable.

Yup! It makes setting up easy-peasey!

I did look at that but it won’t work for me. My awning on my 31Z is installed so close to the roof line there’s no room for a cutter.

Don't know if anyone told you, but you can also adjust the tilt of the awning so that the condensation will run to the rear corner.

I attached a picture. Notice the black support arm running from upper left corner of picture to lower right corner. If you look closely at that support you can make out a series of dots on the arm. Those are adjustment holes. The bottom right lowest hole appears as a silver dot because that is the hole with the adjustment pin. You can adjust the forward and backward arms so that the awning tilts down and to the rear so the water will run off on the rear front corner of the awning.

The pin and holes work like the adjustable legs on a card table.

you could actually run the gutter on/near the roofline to redirect the water to a better place. My Awning attaches to the roofline so may be worth checking. Another option is to channel from the drain area at the ac.

Heres a thread i found on the subject for you to review. https://sprinter-source.com/forum/sh...d.php?p=471882

A/C is designed to run off on the roof. Tilt you rig to the driver side. dip the rear of the coach.

If it's running off the awning, it's not right at an entrance or at your compartments...why bother to do anything...it won't hurt the awning.

Drip from A/C

The way to stop the drip is don't use the air.

Easy to say when you are from Michigan <grin>

Not as easy when you are based in humid Missouri.
