newbie with a question

HI i did an intro in the intro forum,I bought our first RV in november 2013 a 2008 FOur Winds 31 F with a GM workforce chassis 6.0 liter.Does anyone know were the inverter charger and Battery control center is located ?Thanks

Hi Mike, welcome to the forum.
Do you mean inverter, or converter?
If you mean converter, that and the charger should be behind the breaker/fuse panel. When you have lights on or you're using power you should be able to hear the cooling fan run on the converter. The more power you use, the faster the fan should run.

Not sure what you are referring to on the "battery control center"

A Electronic Box With A Circuit Board And A Couple Of Relays.Therd Was SupposEd To Have Been A Recall Due To The Engine Dyeing Withoug Warning.

On my 2011 Four Winds 28Z, the converter and fuse panel is located in the "master" bedroom on the front wall. It actually sits in one of the cabinets in the bathroom (but not accessible from the bathroom).

Not sure if your coach is laid out similarly or not, but the converter/fuse panel will be mounted on a wall somewhere inside.

My coach does not have an inverter - just a converter (battery charger).
