Citation rear window leak

As I continue to discover and repair leaks from rain in our 2015 Citation Sprinter, a new one has developed. The fixed rear window has started to leak during moderate to heavy rain. Nothing in the window seal appears to have changed, but water slowly comes in under the window (I assume) and fills the inner tracks until it overflows onto the bed. I have been able to chase down and seal all of the other leaks but this one is a mystery. You can imagine how helpful Thor has been. Any other owners experiencing this or any ideas?

On my Challenger my bathroom window was leaking and the water was coming in around the frame. My dealer determined the leak was caused by the seal that goes between the window frame and outside wall of the coach. They removed and resealed the window to stop the leak as part of my warranty service. They are now waiting for a replacement trim board from Thor to complete that repair.

Thanks Dave. Looking at my window, that's a little hard for me to picture how the rain is getting in, but it is definitely an idea to explore. I'd love to see a picture showing the new seal. Good luck on the wait time for Thor on the new trim.

On my coach the seals, both internal and external, are not visible so any pictures would have to be taken during the installation process. If I were a betting man I'd place my money on the seals being nothing more than beads of silicone caulking.

As to the interior trim piece, since that serves as a make shift shelf while we are out, I've pretty much decided to replace that horizontal wood trim piece with a piece of cultured marble (bathroom countertop) material for ease of cleaning.

FWIW, the only times my window leaked were during extremely heavy downpours and during the melting of snow that would accumulate along the top edge of the window. The first time the dealer looked at mine they could not find the leak but as luck would have it we got hit with over a foot of snow so they looked again and found the leak. They then repaired it as a warranty item.
