Anything less and the dealer has violated their contract with Thor. I had the opportunity to spend a day with Thor's south-east dealer trainer this spring. A very informative day. There are seven salesman trainers on Thor's payroll plus 12 maintenance trainers which travel the US. Thor has 14 plants and 197 operating facilities producing 54,000 motorized units consisting of 184 different models and configurations (2017).
Not the place where I bought mine. 2 hours. Lot more to the story but hey, that idea might work too if the dealers would do it. Sent a letter to Thor of my condensed showout on DVD & heard nothing back.

SE22 not Charging House

My SE22 has not charged house batteries in a year.
Shore Power does not.
Coach engine going down road not charging house batteries..

I always take my Honda Generator to save me.

1) where is the battery isolator?

2) where is the switch, use, store? I see in comments all over web.

3) 3500mi. Has yet to make a trip without a problem.

1) where is the battery isolator? Depends - on the modern RVs it is a BIM and near the chassis battery - see picture

2) where is the switch, use, store? I see in comments all over web. It is located on the panel to the left of the entry door where the step switch, light switch and patio awning are located - often called "master power".

3) 3500mi. Has yet to make a trip without a problem.

LC25 Chassis Battery

Store/use switch has to be in Use mode for this to work. In my Axis, the BIRD was miswired at the factory so the chassis battery did not charge under shore power or battery.
My 2022 LC25 does the same. I have to link the batteries everyone I start the engine.
The solar charger keeps the house batteries charged with no issues.

How do I tell if I have this switch as well?

What year?

If your Honda saves you does that mean your Onan doesn't run?
Doesn't supply AC power?
Or doesn't charge like SP doesn't charge?

Does SP or the Onan provide power to lighting or other DC loads?

Do your HOUSE batteries supply power to lighting and other DC loads without being connected to SP.

So many unknowns to be able to assist you with your charging problem with any useful information.

Open your hood.
Find the windshield washer fluid reservoir... driver side in corner between firewall and fender well.
Remove the screw/bolt holding the reservoir and move it aside... NO NEED to drain or disconnect tubing.
Your battery isolation manager (BIM) is mounted on the fender well in that area.
You could have either a battery isolation module with separate solenoid, OR an integrated (all in one) BIM 160 as pictured above.
You're going to have to do your research as to how it should be wired. Some are evidently wired backwards... with the house and chassis battery cables reversed. OR there could be an issue with the unit itself.
Grab a multimeter and dig in!
