THOR cup holder! k sewer pipe. Cut it off

Cut a 3-4” piece of 3” sewer pipe and stick it into the cup holder. If the cup holder is too big just wrap around it with vinyl elec. tape until it fits tighter. Good Luck

[QUOTE=droark55;177214]I have an ACE 30.4. The center console cup holders are very shallow. Our drink cups keep tipping over when we hit a bump.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this issue?[/QUOT
Have you looked at WeatherTech? They have an a cup holder that has different inserts to adapt to various cups. I’ve been thinking about it for myself. I have the same problem. All the cup holders are too shallow.

We have an ACE 30.1 with the same shallow cup holders. I just found the perfect solution on Amazon. We have actually tried them out and they work very well with 3 different size bottles from one that holds about 12 oz to a 32 oz. Nalgene. According to their ad they can hold as large as 48 oz Nalgenes. The bottom of the holder turns and cranks out fin like things so they can fit the hole as needed. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also removed all of the stock cupholders in our Palazzo, used a Dremmal tool (1/4" sand drum) to penetrate and cut around the smaller portion (as a guide), which leaves a near perfect hole to glue a 3" PVC pipe cap to using black pipe glue. Then painted the finished assembly, let dry and reinstall. It is the perfect size to install and clear all of the factory openings and now holds everything large or small securely!

To be clear, I used the white 3" PVC Cap (schedule 40?) and not the black 3" drain pipe cap, because the black cap overall OD is too big to fit in the factory cupholder opennings or into any opening you could make in the stock cupholder bottoms.

Perfect solution for the 24.1 side cup holders. Thanks

Install 4” ABS coupling in the shallow cup holders works well with our water bottles

I found some inserts on Amazon. PVC works well also.
