I thought the cook was the dishwasher?? But seriously, I've read that a top grade machine is MUCH more efficient (water usage) than washing by hand.
As far as installing, I can't imagine any more difficult than a residential. Electric and supply lines shouldn't be too difficult for someone with skills... Eliminate a floor cabinet beside the kitchen sink. I'm guessing the drain is a flex tube into a sink drain Tee? Usually into a garbage disposer in residential...
