Distance markers on camera

I have a 2016 Outlaw 37LS and really miss the distance markers for my cameras. My 2014 Forest River FR3 had them but this one doesn't. Anyone got any ideas?

Pioneer AVH-4100 NEX
There are newer models. (AVH-4200 NEX). Also there are models that have GPS. I prefer to use the Garmin RV 760 because it has height, width avoidance for routing.
