Delamination Issue

We recently purchased a 2009 Windsport and have recently noticed delamination on the sides- there are no signs of water damage- how do you go about fixing this and who does these types of repairs? Does Thor have any recommendations? The coach is 11 Years old yet only 27,000 miles - Should we be concerned with this and did we buy a problem that we did not know about? We are newbies to owning a motor home- however have owned a travel trailer and pop-ups- any information would be greatly appreciated.
