I have a freedom elite is there anything I can do to get a better ride or a smooth ride is there anything I can put on the front end suspension and it will help with the ride.

Define ride. As to handling there must be a few hundred posts on the subject. Here are a few clues. Tire pressure, steering stabilizers (Roadmaster, Safe-T-Plus), Sumo springs, aftermarket shocks, heavier sway bars, caster alignment. The list goes on and on.

I found tire pressure and Safe-T-Plus worked wonders for me. Others go for it in other ways.

Tire pressure and alignment first, find a shop that aligns trucks. Then, other mods one at a time.
