Do the instructions give any measurements for the proper placement of the steps for best entering/exiting comfort?

I have been told that some Gemini models have the drain inside the wet bay to the rear. I think this would be the 2018 models but not sure. I assume you found the low water drain valves?

Thanks Mountainsam, mine is a Gemini TB. I received some great information from Coveman2 and have found everything I need.
Thank you for starting this form. It has been a great help to me as I have upgraded from a truck and trailer to my Gemini. I love it!

CWS, any chance you could post pics of the steps on your rig? Thanks!

In the process of ordering I went to the company website and it says these won't fit the Transit.
CWS, what model do you have, Ford or Mercedes?

I was planning on ordering the DeeZee running boards but DW doesn't want Diamond Plate so I researched the Bully BBS 1103 but it seems they have none for the Transit, only the Sprinter. So, before resorting to an orange crate I will continue the search.

Before you give up on the Bully look at the Bully Manual for the types of body structure they fit on. The Mercedes was not listed when I did my research but the body structure on one of the 4 examples was like my rig so I took a chance after you tube searches on installation.
Check out this link:
https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon....1X5KFFq64L.pdf
to see if your body structure is there.
If the link doesn't work do a search for the installation manual.
Good luck...

Mountainsam, please let us know if you find anything. I’m looking for running boards for my Compass 23TR, and so far haven’t been able to find anything that says it will fit.

the Gemini doesn't fit any of the structures unfortunately. The body panel drops to low to use bolts. Only screws would be able to be used which I don't feel would be sufficient. I think maybe this is the reason we can't find steps designed to fit. Heres a bad drawing of the Transit design.

The 451001 is the one designed for the Transit for sure. Pricier then I wanted but they are defiantly on the short list. Only ones on the short list at this point. Thanks Coveman

O.K. Gemi Heads,
Spent my whole life working in the manufacturing field. ( machinist). About 6 years minimum till retirement. I see on YouTube and overhear campers talk about working from home or working on the road. Been to embarrassed to ask, what exactly are you doing ? Can a person actually make enough on the road or at home , and also what about wifi availability? type of equipment ect. Anyone have experience in this field?
Doug

My wife is lawyer, Criminal and Family, transitioning into semi retirement. From NE of Toronto CAN. We are in Florida, 28 days in Florida. The Florida Keys, Naples.
Office sends her files via email, processes the work and forwards back to the client.
In the office we have set up a Laptop with Skype and Apple face time. Clients can sit in a chair and chat with her anyplace in the world with internet.
If internet is sketchy, then do an audio chat without the face/ visual.
As with me I own Apartment buildings and home rentals and at Walt Disney World I sold 2 buildings, again phasing into retirement and all work, papers signed electronically by Docusign systems.
Can be done and I a/ we are doing it. As to those doing a VLOG and making money. The space is pretty crowded.
My take on the NEW Marketplace for RVs, I like to think I am its poster child, the people who have seen the world in general, travel, cruising etc and now want to see their own country/ies and how do we do that at an older age and not wanting to tent camp, but travel in style.
In fact being the business guy that I am, for the past two years I have put the RV in a Rental programme and it is paying off well.
I am in my RV pretty much for FREE.
1.5 summers and close to $30,000 in gross rentals for something in Canada runs from June to September, I have the winters in the Southern US all to myself if I want.
RV Rentals like rental tenants you need to interview and choose wisely and like to say I do. I turn down 3x the number of bookings because they sound like, look like they are going to trash my RV.
Rent your RV, make it pay for itself, think the UBER of the RV world. I am doing it is working, at least for now.
Cheers

Norcold Fridge
So 1st trip off grid this year and I'm finding my fridge won't work on LP. I can see the pilot flame but no luck with cold contents in fridge. Stopped and started it a few times and tried Auto as well as LP setting, changed temp to 5, 7, 9 but I guess it is a service visit to dealership. Still 4 days to my trip....seems to work when generator is running so I guess that's what I'm going to do. Weirdly, I am not getting an error code just not cold groceries. Any other trouble shooting suggestions?

Check Exhaust
Not sure if you've solved this yet. But a suggestion - check your fridge propane exhaust. I had something similar many years ago and it was rust that fell off and blocked the exhaust.
