Check owners resources on the TMC.com/owner-resource/ home page. Have your coach info handy and you will have to create an account.

I just took my 2019 Thor vegas 27.7 into dealer to look at the erratic water temperature fluctuation on the Girard GSWH-2 - see results of inspection -

“VERIFIED CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - WATER TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATES WILDLY WITH ANY HOT WATER TAP OPENED, THEN EVENTUALLY OVERHEATS AND SHUTS DOWN WITH ERROR E6.

TESTED ALL FAUCETS WITH SAME RESULT. THIS CAN BE CAUSED BY AIR IN THE LINE, SO SPENT SOME TIME PURGING AND MAKING SURE NO AIR IS IN THE LINE - NO CHANGE.

OTHER MAIN POSSIBLE CAUSES ARE WATER FLOW RATE TOO LOW OR HIGH WATER TEMPERATURE ENTERING THE UNIT. WATER TEMPERATURE IS NOT AN ISSUE IN THIS CASE, AS BOTH CITY WATER AND TANK WATER IS COLD.
SEARCHED FOR WATER PUMP AT THE BACK OF THE UNIT. FINALLY DISCOVERED THE ONLY ACCESS IS BEHIND THE OUTSIDE SHOWER.
(?? its Under the bed - plywood - just remove 8 screws)
REMOVE OUTSIDE SHOWER FOR ACCESS TO WATER PUMP AND PRIMARY PLUMBING.
NOTICED FLEX LINES CONNECTED TO PUMP PRESSURE SIDE AND CITY WATER INLET ARE ONLY 1/2" OD. REMOVED PUMP STRAINER, BUT NO DEBRIS PRESENT.
REMOVED DRAWER FOR ACCESS TO REAR OF WATER HEATER. SHUT-OFF VALVES OPEN, AND FLOW VALVE FULLY OPEN. WATER HEATER FLEX LINES ALSO 1/2" OD.
REPLACED FLEX LINES AT PUMP, CITY WATER, AND WATER HEATER WITH 1/2" ID LINES[/COLOR].
RE-TESTED - STILL EXHIBITING ERRATIC BEHAVIOR.
PLACED LP TEST JIG AT REAR OF FRIDGE TO TEST LP PRESSURE.
LP OPERATING PRESSURE TOO HIGH - 13".
ADJUSTED LP PRESSURE TO 11".
TESTED SYSTEM IN THE MORNING, WATER TEMPERATURE IMMEDIATELY READS 195 DEGREES AND SHUTS DOWN. THIS IS TRUE FOR ALL FAUCETS.

STATUS:
ALL WATER SUPPLY LINES FROM PUMP AND CITY WATER NOW 1/2" OD.
WATER LINES TO AND FROM WATER HEATER 1/2" OD.
LP PRESSURE SET TO 11".
PUMP STRAINER CLEAN.
WATER FLOW RATE FROM PUMP NOW 1GPM.

NEXT STEP IS TO REPLACE WATER OUTLET TEMPERATURE PROBE ON WATER HEATER. $ 40.00 on amazon.ca
