2015 Challenger -
So they started with a 242" 26k chassis, stretched it to 252 and call it good for 22k, likely with some coordination with Ford, hopefully. Instead of starting with an off the shelf 252" 24k chassis????

Outlaw - ~2k of cargo capacity is really not a good starting point for any toy hauler. They need to go back to the drawing board with that design.

Bob Denman - you really should weigh your coach, either empty, loaded, or both.

Not to rub salt in, but I really like my 5k of usable cargo capacity.

Totally agree in getting it weighed. The weights posted in the coach are of unknown origin as if I recall there's no oil, fuel, propane, & never had water on board so that "DVW" could be very light. Load with people, fuels, toys & all the stuff you normally take & drive across some scales & say "holy crap"! I have a feeling you will be surprised either way, light or heavy.

Another stupid question from the newbie...
Where do you suggest going, to get it weighed?
This will definitely be on our "To-do" list!

Start with Flying J web site, they have a list of services provided at all of their stores. Some have scales.

Or, other similar truck stops, etc.

This won't get you a four corner weighing but it does front and rear easily. Go to https://catscale.com/. You can setup an account on line, download the app, drive to the scales, login with your app and get results directly to your phone app.

Bingo, Bango, Bongo.
