Looking for advice on a campground in Orange Beach AL

We are headed for June wedding in The Orange Beach AL and want to take our coach for another adventure. Does anyone have any experience with campgrounds in the Orange Beach area- I saw one with a 3 rating and that is not a place I'll stay. Been looking on Good Sam and KOA for places but not getting real solid feel for a good place?

I'm not familiar with any parks in Orange Beach but do know that it's very close to Gulf Island State Park. Probably about 10 minutes away. It is a superb park but can be difficult to book a space if you don't plan ahead.

Gulf Shores State Park my number one choice for the money there's two luxury RV resorts in Orange Beach itself not sure the name of them check them out while I was there both very nice both very expensive one would not let me in because I was too short I have a axis

Heritage Motorcoach Resort and Marina on Canal Road is one of th nicest, as is Terry Cove and Pandian Ridge also on Canal Road. Buena Vista is the closest to the beach located on the Beach Blvd in Orange Beach. Not too far away in Foley many people like Bella Terra. Let me know if you have any questions. We stayed at Gulf State Park when we evacuated during Irma. It was clean with nice facilities and pool great staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Be sure to hit Tacky Jack's restaurant if you have time. They really took great care of us .

Thanks for all the feedback, we booked at Gulf Shores State Park - I was surprised to see how booked it was already- very few sites for a 38 footer in early June.

We've been three times since getting into RV'ing last summer. Our drive is about 1.5 hours so it's our go-to quick weekend destination. So much stuff to do without having to even get into a car.
