Low Voltage & Generator Won't Start
I am so sick of this low voltage problem. I finally got it fixed.....I thought. My jacks are stuck down. The engine is on. The parking park is on. I let the engine run for awhile per a comment on another thread. The breaker on the house battery is fine. I even tried taking the parking brake off and putting it in reverse. That has worked before. Nothing. I am completely stumped. Does anyone have any ideas?

Not knowing which mh you have Ill just take a guess and have a couple of questions.
1 DOes the level system say low voltage or are you going by a previous error.
2 you said you checked the breaker. Where is the breaker? There should be an 100 amp fuse in the battery box area. If the yellow flag is down that will kill your gen and leveler
3 Try to jump start your gen by using the emergency start button then let it run for a while
Again the 3 steps question are all assumptions by me since I dont know what mh you have
If youre positive the battery is charged I would do a manual reset of the level system.
With the unit on push the retract and enter buttons at the same time.
Good luck.

Similar low voltage error. As advised by a Thor tech, every time prior to attempting to level I check the breaker. If the flag has popped, I reset it or if it hasn’t, I trip it on purpose (by pushing the button) & reset it. Next, I cycle the battery disconnect off then back on. I then wait a moment for the electrical system to reset itself and then proceed to level. PITA but this procedure has worked for me. Shouldn’t be necessary but it is.

I forgot this part...2015 Thor Hurricane 34F
1. It says low voltage now.
2. Checked breaker & reset it too.
3. Did the emergency start too.
I didn’t try resetting the leveling system. I’ll give that a shot. Thx!

I’ve tripped the breaker & reset it. How do you cycle the battery disconnect off?

Manual reset didn’t work. The generator doesn’t work either. Is there a connection?

For the most part the only way I can get my jacks down without experiencing a low voltage error is by hooking up to shore power first. However, the jack system is so unpredictable that sometimes I am able to operate the jacks in auto mode (down) without having to run the engine and with the shore power connected. I think the system is possessed. It is definitely the most unreliable system on my coach and seems to piss me off the most.

LOL I completely agree. I’ve had nothing but trouble with it. And it’s been plugged in at my house for a few days.

Are you tripping the breaker at the main power box or are you tripping the 100amp fuse in the battery box.
Please take a pic of the breaker you are resetting.
There are two 100 amp fuses and one 50 amp fuse
Trip both 100 amp fuses and reset

If the gen does not have power when plugged in then the 100 amp fuse popped. This fuse controls both gen and jacks

Does your generator not crank, or does it crank and not start?
I had a low voltage error with my levelers and tried everything listed above with no success. It finally turned out to be a grounding problem. There was good voltage measured at the pump motor and solenoid, so all the connections seemed good, but when the motor would start the voltage would drop. Cleaning and re-connecting all the battery grounds fixed it.
But now my generator won't start. It cranks, but doesn't start. I haven't figured out the problem yet.

Low voltage affects Generator and Jacks..Who knew? Not me!
I recently experienced something similar. Couldn't figure out why my jacks kept saying : Error, service jacks. Yes, I reset them, but every time I shut the vehicle off and turned it back on, I would hear that horrible (3 beeps) then the same message displayed. I have only owned my RV Thor Four Winds 2015 31E for 3 months. I was super excited upon finding the "right one" but still needed to learn a bit more. From the moment I left the Sellers home, this beep began. I mentioned it to him, but he could care less! He already had my money! Lesson learned but a good one for sure. To my surprise...it was the cabin batteries. YES...they were your Cheap $90 each set of batteries. Now I know the manufacturer does not sell a $95,000 coach with cheap batteries, but this seller did! Again, another lesson well learned...go cheap, get cheap! Mobile RV tech assured me that there was not enough juice to start the Jacks, reset them or even turn my generator on. He said most people start thinking about "Fuses, Breakers, etc.." Not even with the "emergency start" were we successful! Long story short, and after some awesome tips and $600 in rv/marine batteries...my coach is now ready for our upcoming road trip from FL to South Dakota. Any suggestions on routes, let me know!

Just to comfirm you check this 100 amp fuse box
Not very good pocs but i dont gave a lot of room in this area.
In the first pic i tripped the fuse so you can see the yellow flag is down. It just needs to be pushed back up
Second pic shows both 100 amp fuses, no yellow flags. The second one is behind the cable but you can see it.
One of the 100 amp controls both jacks and gen

UPDATE. So....progress. Figured out low voltage problem & generator starts now. However, jacks still won’t retract. When I do auto retract, it makes noise, but doesn’t retract. Can’t get them to manually retract either. Any ideas?
Btw, Thor was worthless. The guy told me to do what I did several times. He wouldn’t listen to me & talked to me like I was an idiot.
