Thor rapid camp

Hello everyone,
Need a little help on the rapid camp linc remote system in my thor windsport. When I went through orientation we checked it out and it worked fine. At the first camp site I tried to use it and nothing worked. Checked all fuses and ok. When i parked i did set the emergency brake. Does anyone have a owners operation manual that could have a copy of. There was none in my thor bag. I tried looking online and calling customer service but they sent me the wrong thing and can't seem to come up with the right manual. I'm thinking it might have lost sync between transmitter and receiver.
Thanks

I have the Rapid Camp as well, and found it to be more of a bother than it was worth. For example, if I turned the outside lite on with the Rapid Camp remote, I had to turn it off with the remote (i.e., the wall switch would not turn it off). I, too, had no documentation with mine, so I had to do some real hunting online. I believe that the files I have attached below are what you're looking for.

The best way to use Rapid camp is put it back in the Thor bag and forget about it

Thanks for sharing the manuals. I have to say, I use my rapid camp all the time opening and closing the slides outside. I do think Thor have an opportunity to improve the system.

I had some trouble with ours initially, then it just started working.

I find it useful for operating the rear slide out, especially, since the control switch for that one is in the back of the coach.

Even my dealer couldn’t make the thing work. Turned out it was not wired properly. They got it fixed to work awning and outside light only. I haven’t taken the control out of the bracket in over 2 years. Pointless selling point Imho.

I kind of like "Rapid camp".
Set the parking brake with the engine running, and lower the leveling system.
Shut off the engine; fire up the generator, and extend the awning.
Easy-peasey!

I find the Rapid Camp comes in handy when putting out the slides in tight quarters to make sure the slides are unobstructed.

Thor Rapid Camp

Thanks all for your replies. I think it would be nice for leveling. Lowering the front down to the point you can put pad under in the exact position then the same for the rear and hitting auto level and also for the slide out to make sure you are clear.

Used RapidCamp recently to operate the front jacks in manual mode for re-installing the front wheels after a sumo springs install. There is no way you are lifting the wheels/tires onto the studs so it was great to be able to lower the front and slide the wheel back on. RapidCamp has been also great for opening/closing slides. RapidCamp is one of the few things on the motorhome I have had no issues with at all.

Funny how everyone is different, I’ve never used the Rapid Camp on our coach!

I keep our Rapid Camp system in the bedroom next to my head so I can turn on/off the outside lights or generator if needed. It also works well when soloing to be able to check when extending the slides, etc. We have had no issues.

I DO have a question about it's use: Assuming that you put in your own code for it's operation... will the default code still work?

I like the rapid camp system. I especially like it at 4AM when i am boon docking somewhere and the inverter starts beeping due to low voltage. I can start the Gen from the comforts of my own bed without ever getting up. For that alone it is worth it

Ours has NEVER worked. Taken it in for over 1 year.... don't even turn it on.... great selling point but does not work. I am very tech orientated and I cant get it to work. disappointed!

Do I have it and don't know about it? Is this on all units?
I have the 2918 ACE. 29.3. Not cheep but low end of the spectrum.
