Lany Saul no longer with Thor Customer Service / Warranty
For those that are interested:

This morning I received an email message from Lany Saul stating that she is no longer working Thor Customer Service and Warranty and has moved over to Thor parts.

Although Lany previously authorized for parts to send me the missing bulb seal on my coach they sent an exterior rather than interior seal. Now I have to find someone else in warranty to authorize Lany to send me the correct seal.
