SuperD, his name is Donnie O'Bannon and I did email him and others and received no replies from anyone there. I was and am, truly surprised because they treat you so well prior to sale. I'm not saying I wouldn't buy from there again, but I sure would be much MUCH more cautious.

You are right to consider repair work after the sale. Local dealers will do warranty work if you did not buy from them, but very difficult to get any other work done. I speak from experience. They must really get over on the manufacturer for warranty work.

I still don't understand why, but they seem to treat locals better than out of staters, this according to other reviews I have read.

Wow, a I'm really surprised at his lack of a response. I will certainly be more cautious with them in the future. Thanks!
