Electrical Issue??

I have a new Thor Four Winds, have had it in for repair several times for different reasons, and thought everything was working ok. Today, we took the RV to my daughter's tournament and had 3 issues pop up simultaneously:

1) there was a message on the panel for the automatic jacks that said bring them in for service
2) the propane alarm was blinking
3) the cab radio would not turn on

I don't know if these are related, but I can't use the jacks or the radio. What next?? Did I buy a lemon or is this an issue someone else has had?

Any advice would be welcome - thank you!

Mike
P.S. I am not mechanically inclined, but have common sense.

Hey Mike!
We have a Four winds.....initially had jack issues too.......sounds like a ground issue and a fuse.....check the gfi in the bathroom.....unplug your jack controller probably under the storage bay on the drivers side first bay......look at your fuses........look under the step where the battery is, I don't have a picture available, but there is a fuse for the 50 amp there and it could be tripped too. (there are web pics/videos of that) oh and is your use button on? after you let the jack controller sit for about 5 minutes and all other looks good, turn you ignition to acc while the electronics engage then start the engine.....and let run....does the jack panel light up?? still errors......that's when we called Thor and went thru testing with battery meter to see where voltage was coming in etc.........they found a loose ground. but it takes a while so be prepared to be walked thru testing on the phone for a while. this is definitely not techy info but just basic look at info.........hope it helps narrow something down!

sounds like a grounding issue as it is affecting various unrelated systems...

Thank you! Looking into it now. Appears I'll have to go the "long route" via phone. I appreciate your help!

OK, one problem done, one to go. The levelers just needed a "reboot" (pressing ENTER and RETRACT at the same time). Everything worked fine. Just have the cab radio issue. Weird. Any ideas? The propane alarm indicator was reset and that is working again. Thanks again for your help!
