Are you referring to the rear and side view cameras? The cameras are 12v only and will only work with the radio and ignition on. The ignition provides 12v power to the cameras.

You don't say what type of coach you have, need that information to be more helpful to you.

If your side cameras work with the turn signals then you have power, all the cameras share the same source. If the other cameras work then you have the problem narrowed down to 1. A bad camera 2. A loose connection 3. A bad switch box.

Did you switch the coach batteries (salesman switch on)? My switch is at the front door on my Class A Outlaw.

The radio/cameras are powered by the COACH battery, not chassis.... (And in my case work with ignition off to manually select a camera.)
Since it work on shore/genny, I expect you are not driving with coach batteries in 'USE'.

This is needed for both cameras, and to allow engine to charge coach batteries.

When plugged in/on genny), the 12v converter provides power, regardless of use/store switch. But again won't charge coach batteries when in ''store'.

You should hear a click - not so much from the switch, but from the solenoid it activates... Only the first time you press use or store. (Pressing the same direction again will not click,)

But even better, does anything else 12v work when unplugged / not running Genny??
Interior lights, water pump, fridge on propane, CO/LP detector??

Check battery voltage directly at batteries... Should be near 13v
Check large breaker typically on wall of battery compartment... Flag out is tripped, press in to reset.
Find BCC (battery control center) or Trombetta ( different rigs have different systems)... Should have 12v coming in.... And when 'USE', 12v exiting...

Hopefully one of those 3... Let us know what you find....

I checked the volt on my battery and it was 12.25 volt the breaker is not tripped, don't know what the third thing is or were to look for it.

12.25v isn't fully charged, but should be enough to function.

Need someone more familiar with the Freedom Elite to point to the use/store solenoid, and BCC or equivalent on that rig.
Need to continue to follow the path checking voltage along the way to see what is failing.

Are you still under warranty?
