Outside trim on bedroom slide out
We have a 2013 Challenger 37GT. We bought it as new last August at CW. We have had it at CW more than we've used it! Went in for warranty work November 14 and got it back January 4th. Put it in our storage. Went yesterday to show relatives and a trim piece on the outside of the bedroom slide out had fallen off. All the screws looked like they were sheared off. We found most of them but now we're looking at an appointment on Feb. 3 to get it fixed. We love the coach but we're stuck with CW for warranty work. Have not heard from Thor concierge other than a questionnaire which we sent back 2 weeks ago.

Why don't you try calling them. I have heard good results coming from a phone verses an email. You might also ask where there is another dealer for you to get work done on your rig, and state that you are not at all happy with your present dealer.
They authorize warranty work in other places then where you purchased your rig.
Just be nice-be polite.
Good luck.

Hello and welcome. Wish the welcome could be under better circumstances. I would get on the phone to Thor and talk to someone there. Has CW at least been getting the work done? If not, look into another location for repairs. You may even ask about bringing it back to the factory and have the factory go over the rig with a fine toothe comb. Good luck.

I called them yesterday, 1/28/14. After many prompts to get to the right place all I could do was leave them a voice mail with my contact info, make, model, year and VIN. Still waiting for a call back.

Ended up calling three times before someone returned my call. We are taking the rig back to CW on Monday. I'm to email the customer service rep at Thor when that's done. He said he would call CW to expedite getting the repairs done. We shall see.

Hopefully you got somebody's attention this time.
Thanks for the update.
We'll stay tuned for the results. Which hopefully, will be all good.

Took the rig in yesterday and got a call today that we can pick it up! But, we're having tire pressure monitors put on while it's up there. So, all is good.

I don't know about the TPMS as husband took care of this issue. Calling Thor was the trick I think.

The same thing has happened to me as well on my 2014 Windsport. I have the full wall slide trim duct taped on right now. Had to use the duct tape to get it home from a trip. I am taking it back to the dealer where I bought it in October.
