Over head drop down bed question

In the Challenger 37KT can someone sleep in the Sofa sleeper and the drop down overhead bed with the Ladder in place?

I have the 35HT and the floor plan in the front of the coach is almost the same. We are able to use the sofa sleeper and the bunk ladder does not present a problem.

Because of the space between the bunk and sofa bed, we remove the ladder after kids get into bunk. They just step down onto the sofa air mattress if they need to get down during the night. We did leave the ladder 1 time, but it rubs and I didn't want to tear up the sofa cussions.
