Power questions on an axis

Has anyone used a 50 30 amp pigtail adapter on their axis having problems at the campground keeps kicking 30 amp breaker off I have a good surge protector in the campground supply me A 5030 pigtail adapter and I'm wondering if it's safe help would be deeply appreciated

I've used the 50 to 30 pigtail several times. Two places we stayed only had 50 amp on the post. Never had any problems.

I also have a Vegas 25.2 and store it at friends home using the 50 to 30 pigtail with no problems as of this time.
