the seat sag happens over time
the "springs" (if that's what they are called) begin to spread
thus, we began to slowly sink.
the fold-out sleeping is unaffected by the seat spring sag as that area supports your lower leg.
i'm not THOR bashing, it's just the reality of this RV sofa
