Make sure all the connections are tight. Mine showed no power. Found that tha cable connections to the fuse block weren't tightened properly. Tightened them and all was fine.

sounds like your PANEL has lost power... if the batteries were low, it would still show... and if on shore power it should still show
maybe the communications telephone cable has come loose from the back of the Inverter, or on the back of the Panel itself
I am also assuming you mean a separate Panel, not the inverter itself
Is the inverter showing anything?

aha!!! now you've revealed 'the rest of the story'!
you probably blew a fuse... either one in your Fuse panel, or an inline fuse between the inverter and the panel, or one on the inverter itself...

well if a fuse has blown , then would the inverter work at all?

The connections on the high amp fuse block in the hot linen there is also a phone line between the inverter and panel. Make sure it's still connected.

cable connection
where would I look for the cable connection that connect the inverter display to the inverter, can I just unscrew the display monitor from the wall and check to see if the cable connection is connected?

That would work if you don't have access to the back of the panel. It should look like a typical phone connection. The same wire will be going into the inverter as well, if you have access you could check that end as well

I assume you have tried to turn the inverter on since the battery replacement?
The inverter should have its own high amp DC circuit breaker, normally near the batteries. Look for one with the flag visible:

You should have at least 2 of these:
One for the Inverter
One for the DC Buss
Maybe one for the Hydraulic Pump for levelers.

Well hope I am wrong.......but if you accidently reversed your inverter’s DC input cables you probably need a new inverter or a repair job, since I don’t think many (if any) inverters are DC reverse polarity protected......the Magnum manual says as much.

Hi, I did not phrase my previous entry very well. What I meant was if you accidently hooked up your batteries (both terminals) in reverse polarity, in effect you also connect the Inverter (and other house battery loads) in reverse (this “might” cause damage depending on what was “turned on” at that specific time). Typically there is just a breaker or a slow blow inverter fuse between coach (house) batteries and the Inverter unit. With any luck, it is just some poor connection or open fuse somewhere you have not found as yet. Most stand-alone converters have fuses to protect against accidental reverse battery connections…….but I don’t think inverters do. Attaching a “generic” DC battery diagram to help visualize.

Follow up
How did this turn out.? I was following thread and sounds like a common mistake but with serious consequences.
Hopefully it was just a fuse, I have a 100 am fuse on hot line right next to battery on my 2014 Thor Ace 27.1.

Have you tried starting your engine? The alternator on mine puts 14.5 volts to house batteries.
Also have you started your generator? Mine puts 13.3 volts to the the house battery.
Are you sure house power is making it to the MH? I have a lighted extension coard half way to my MH and if it is on the light is on. Occasionally I have lost house power for breaker in house or wall plug on house porch coming part way out.
You probably already ready checked these but just thought I would mention them. Sometimes we overlook the easy things.
