Seat Swivels

I have a 2018 Thor Freedom Elite 22FE. Has OR does anyone have any information on whether seat swivels can be mounted on drivers and/or passenger seats in cab of above rig which is on a Ford E350 chassis? I've searched internet for different seat swivels but have no clue which may fit or work if any.

On my E 450 chassis: they do not seem to be interchangeable.
It seems that the bolt holes won't line up right.
