Sirius Question regarding Axxerra and Jensen

At the house I have a LG Sound bar with Bluetooth and through that sound bar I can connect my iPhone or iPad and listen to Sirius/XM using the web app. Has anyone tried connecting their iPhone or iPad to either the Axxerra or the Jensen in the bedroom as Bluetooth audio and then use the Sirius/XM app for music?

Just thought about this and wondering if anyone has tried before I try later this evening or tomorrow.

I've played Sirius audio through our front-dash Jensen via bluetooth (and through my car's radio via bluetooth as well--even though the car also has SXM ).

I connect my iPhone via Bluetooth and play iHeartRadio. on the radio in the dash and the bedroom. Just as good as Sirius in my opinion, and it's free.

I have two ways to do it. I have an (older) portable SiriusXM unit that actually broadcasts FM. It operates on either 110V (when I have shore power) or 12V. So in the bedroom, I simply use that connection.

However I also have the SiriusXM app on my iPhone and iPad. I have used them when I forgot the portable unit. But then, it is eating up my data plan minutes. I prefer to hoard those minutes for video streaming.

I have the portable radio as well and a home kit to go with it. My interest is when at a campground connecting the iPhone via bluetooth instead of setting up the home kit and moving the portable from front to back. I would be doing this while using the campground Wifi.

We've had some serious raining here over the last couple of days so I'll try connecting when I go out to the coach in a few minutes. I want to make sure I haven't developed any new leaks and ensure the dealer fixed the one I had around the bathroom window.
