Shake down trip.

4 days. Found mostly minor things. shower leak, kitchen faucet slow drip, an outside Sieke TV not working. One thing I did notice and added to list, was when lying on floor with slide extended I can see pinpoints of light, some larger than others under the slide. is this common? never had a slide before so I didn't know if this was a common issue or not. Anyone had this?

Have had a couple fivers with slides and all fit tight, but I never actually laid on the floor and tried to look under them. With this being my first MH though I may go outside after dark (lights all on inside) and see if I can detect any light coming through under my slides.


I would hope this isn't a common issue.

Mine has slides by Lippert
There are two tracks under each slide's floor, and there is no wiper seal covering these openings. Clear to see when outside.

I complained to the selling dealer about one of them so they jury rigged a couple of pieces of wiper seal over the openings
but I didn't notice the other slide having it till later. I tried to have it addressed later on when in camping world for other work, and they verified that it is not supposed to have wipers there and they refused to do it. I've let it be and so far it has been ok
