Any owners of an ‘18 Thor Windsport 35M?

Would like some feedback on issues you’ve had. We bought one in October ‘17 and haven’t taken our first trip yet; the dealership has been enjoying it for most of these 7 months while I’ve been making the payments. It’s mainly been the dealerships fault because Thor has been great. Still trying to get my money back for the straightening of the steering wheel and balancing of the two front tires. Ford says it’s Thors problem and Thor says it’s Fords problem and I’m stuck in the middle. Anyway, we are fixing to take our FIRST trip in just over a week and I will say, I’m leery and a bit scared. My husband bought and installed the tow system himself and we’re towing a ‘14 Jeep Wrangler Sport. So, if someone can tell us maybe what to look out for or be prepared for, we would appreciate it! We’ve been camping for many years but this is our first MH. Thanks in advance!
